i just heard an ad on irish radio for brennans bread.

“home is where the bread is”

mmm bread. my requirements for bread are simple and easy to accomadate – yet almost every single day i go to a local shop to get some bread only to leave disappointed. there are four shops i visit (2 near home and 2 near work) and some days they have nice bread – other days they dont. (they do of course always have the regular finnish breads in stock).

in exchange for a book shelf that i dont need, im going to ask a friend to teach me to bake some bread that she made for a party a while back. self sufficiency!.
